Gündersoffen ( fr. Gundershoffen ) is a commune in northeastern France in the Grand Est region [1] (formerly Alsace-Champagne-Ardennes-Lorraine ), Lower Rhine department , Agno-Wisambur county , canton Reichshoffen [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Niederbronn-les-Bains ( Agno district).

Economy
In 2010, out of 2,384 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years old), 1815 were economically active , 569 were inactive (an activity indicator of 76.1%, in 1999 - 72.5%). Out of 1,815 active able-bodied residents, 1,691 people (931 men and 760 women) worked, 124 were unemployed (47 men and 77 women). Among 569 able-bodied inactive citizens, 160 were pupils or students , 214 were retired , and another 195 were inactive for other reasons [9] [10] .
