Makash Zhusupov (born January 10, 1939 [1] , Kirov village, Kamensky district, Ural region) - brigadier of the Krasny Mayak state farm in Kamensky district of the Ural region, Kazakh SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor (1981).

Biography
Born in 1939 in the village of Kirov, Kamensky District. He worked as a mechanic, brigadier of the tractor-field crop brigade No. 2 at the Red Mayak grain farm of the Kamensky district (formed on the basis of the 4th branch of the Lenin state farm) in the village of Aktau . He worked in this farm for 17 years.
The brigade of Makash Zhusupov annually collected a high grain harvest and fulfilled the production tasks of the 10th five-year plan ahead of time (1976-1980). In 1981, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor and awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor "for the outstanding successes achieved in fulfilling plans and socialist commitments to sell the billion pounds of grain to the state in 1980 and overfulfilling the plans of the tenth five-year plan for the production and purchase of bread and other agricultural products" [ 2] .
