Biography

In 1987 he graduated from school No. 34 and entered the Rostov Institute of Agricultural Engineering , DSTU with a degree in Automation and Complex Mechanization in Mechanical Engineering. During training, he was actively involved in sports, football and athletics, the winner of many competitions. He devoted much time to social and trade union work at the university.

To gain practical experience in the profession, he combined training with work, worked in the specialty as a part-time worker. He graduated in 1992 . Qualified - electrical engineer .

Military rank - senior lieutenant .

After graduation, he was invited by a teacher to the department of applied mathematics and computer engineering, was engaged in scientific work, and the author of several scientific articles.

Combined scientific work with practical activities in the field of design and creation of automated control systems for Surgutneftegas divisions.

From 1998 to 2013 - General Director of PKF Donmetall-2000 LLC.

In 2010, he became a member of the United Russia WFP; in 2012, he became a member of the Rostov Regional Political Council of the United Russia WFP.

In March 2010, he was elected deputy of the city Duma of the city of Mine of the fifth convocation in the constituency No. 10 where he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Housing and Communal Services and in the Committee on Local Government and Youth Policy. He was a member of a number of working groups to develop rules for improvement, cleanliness and order, to ensure the operation of public urban transport, and to organize parking spaces in the city.

In March 2012, he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region of the fourth convocation in the Novoshakhtinsky constituency No. 6.

In 2013, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov region of the fifth convocation in the Novoshakhtinsky constituency No. 7. From 2013 to October 2016, he served as chairman of the committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov region on local self-government, administrative-territorial structure and Cossacks.

Since 2015, a member of the central council of the All-Russian Council of Local Self-Government of the Supreme Council of Naval Forces He was awarded the honorary badge of the All-Russian Council of Local Self-Government "For Merits in the Development of Local Self-Government".

In the elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the VII convocation (September 18, 2016) he ran for the United Russia party in the 154 Shakhty single-mandate constituency, Rostov Region, and was elected as a deputy. [2]
