Uzbekov, Umirzak Uzbekovich

Born in with Bakanas ( Balkhash district , Alma-Ata region ). He graduated from the Alma-Ata Veterinary Institute (1971), after which he worked as a veterinarian at the Kuram state farm in the Chilik district of Almaty region, as the chief veterinarian of the Avangard tobacco farm ( Almaty region ), and as the chief veterinarian of the Tausugursky state farm ( Almaty region) ) Headed the party organization of the state farm.

In 1985 he headed the state farm to them. T. Kabylova.

In 1990-91 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Chilik District Council of People's Deputies of the Almaty Region.

In 1991-92 - Deputy Chairman of the Alma-Ata Regional Agro-Industrial Committee.

In 1992, he became deputy head of the regional administration of the Almaty region, and in 1992, with the advent of the post of akim, he became deputy akim of the region.

In 1994-96 he was akim of Almaty region, and in 1996-97 - akim of Taldykorgan region.

Since 1997, at diplomatic work: Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan (1997-2003) and Uzbekistan (2003-2008).

Since 2008 - Chairman of the Agency for Land Management of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2000 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of political sciences on the topic "Political Aspects of Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan Relations."
