Torsten Frank Spittler ( German: Torsten Frank Spittler ; November 7, 1961 ) - German football specialist and functionary, coach. From October 2016 to November 2017, he was the head coach of the Bhutan national football team.

He began his coaching career in 1999 as part of the coaching staff of the German youth team. In 1999 he worked at the Football Association of Alberta (Canada). During 2000, he was the head coach of the Malaysian club Perak. After that, he worked as technical director in the national football associations and federations of Nepal, Yemen, Sierra Leone, India and Canada. In 2006-2007 he was the head of the Canadian Okanagan Challenge football tournament. Then he worked in the Football Federation of Mozambique, and in 2015-2016 in the Football Association of Oman. In early October 2016, he was appointed head coach of the Bhutan national team.
