Biography
Born in a Jewish family, received secondary education . Member of the CPSU (b) . On May 16, 1935, he was the head of the 13th department and at the same time the secretary of the Special Department of the GUGB of the NKVD of the USSR . He lived in Moscow at Lobkovsky Pereulok , house 8, apartment 10. Then, before the arrest, the inspector of the Office of the NKVD of the Kursk region . April 4, 1937 arrested. On June 19, 1937, the Commission of the NKVD of the USSR and the USSR Prosecutor's Office (in a special order) was sentenced to VMN . [1] The next day, June 20, 1937, he was shot and buried in the territory of the Don cemetery . [2] October 14, 1957 posthumously rehabilitated by the determination of the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District .
