Biography
Born in a Russian family of workers. Member of the RCP (b) since 1918. Graduated from the Oriental Department of the Military Academy. M.V. Frunze (1925-1927). Commissioner of the Office for the Safety of Navigation of the Black and Azov Seas . From July 1927 at the disposal of the intelligence department of the headquarters of the Red Army , in the same position and in February 1933. Dismissed from the Red Army on June 15, 1937. Before the arrest, he was the head of the 1st division of the Mobilization Directorate of the People's Commissariat for Water Transport of the USSR , an economist in the planning department of the same Peopleβs Commissariat . He was repressed, arrested on August 4, 1938, and executed on April 14, 1939. He was posthumously rehabilitated on May 12, 1956 [1] .
