Anatoly Fedorovich Stetsyuk ( October 7, 1936 , the village of Buzovka , Zhashkovsky district , Cherkasy region , Ukrainian SSR ) is a tractor-combine operator of the Ozerny state farm of the Kzyltu region of the Kokchetav region, Kazakh SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor (1966). Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1977).

Biography
Born into a peasant family in the village of Buzovka, Zhashkovsky district. On a Komsomol trip, he went to the development of virgin lands in the Kazakh SSR. Since 1959 he worked as a tractor-combine operator of the farm "Lake" in the Kzyltu region. In 1965 he joined the Communist Party.
Annually exceeded the plan for the cultivation of virgin lands. In 1966 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
In 1977, he was awarded the USSR State Prize "for the widespread use of scientific research and best practices, improving the culture of agriculture, the efficient use of equipment that ensured a significant increase in grain production, and the initiative in developing the mentor movement . "
During 1981-1983, 3,620 hectares of virgin land were plowed.
