Artillery park

Artillery Park is an ambiguous term in artillery . It can have the following meanings:

  1. A storage place for material parts ( artillery pieces , charging boxes, etc.), providing care and combat readiness. May be permanent or field.
  2. Military unit engaged in the transport and storage of ammunition . There are no such units in the modern Russian army.
  3. The set of artillery units.
  4. The rear military unit (in pre-revolutionary Russia), intended for the transportation of ammunition to batteries , as well as for the repair of material parts. They were divided into field (with rolling stock) and local (without rolling stock).
