Geography
Located near the Kurchatov district of Chelyabinsk . The nearest settlement is the village of Vavilovets . The distance to the district center, the village of Dolgoderevenskoye is 28 km.
History
Initially, it began to be built in the 1990s as a cottage village. In 2010, the draft plan for the territory of the community business zone of the village was approved and its phased implementation is underway [1] .
On August 19, 2014, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed an order to give the settlement the name "Terema" on the basis of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 19, 2014 No. 825 "On the naming of a geographical object in the Chelyabinsk region and on amending the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from April 28, 2014, No. 379 ” [2] [3] .
