Sergey Syrotkin (born April 14, 1952) - Russian politician and statesman, State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (2003-2008, 2011-2016), member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation (since 2016).

Biography
Born in the city of Vyborg, Leningrad region .
In 1976 he graduated from the Kharkov Higher Command-Engineering School of. Marshal NI Krylov, then the Ivanovo branch of the North-Western Academy of Public Administration ( 2001 ).
Since 1995, assistant to the deputy of the State Duma, coordinator of the Ivanovo regional branch of the LDPR party.
In 1996–2000, he was a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Ivanovo Region of the 2nd convocation [1] .
In 2003–2008, 2011–2016 - Deputy of the State Duma of the fourth, fifth, sixth convocations.
On March 2, 2008, he was elected deputy of the Ivanovo Oblast Duma of the fifth convocation [2] .
On February 24, 2016, by a resolution of the State Duma, he was appointed a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.

- Medal of the Order for Services to the Fatherland, I Degree (January 25, 2017) - for active participation in the social and political life of Russian society [3]
- Medal of the Order for Services to the Fatherland, II degree (November 13, 2003) - for vigorous lawmaking and many years of diligent work [4]
