Biography
The peasant of the village of Zharnovitsa [2] . Born in the family of Alexander (1831–1915) and Franciska nee Shost (Szost) (1833–?) [3] . He graduated from elementary school, was engaged in self-education a lot. He published articles in the Polish newspaper "Festive newspaper". He was engaged in agriculture on his own land with an area of 16 acres.
He was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation , but in order to become a deputy did not get enough votes.
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the general electors of the Petrokovsky Provincial Electoral Assembly. Joined the Polish Colo . He was not a member of the Duma commissions; he did not participate in the debate on the Duma tribune.
Again participated in the elections to the State Duma of the III convocation , but was not elected.
After the dispersal of the 2nd State Duma, he served in various state and economic Polish organizations. He promoted new methods of gardening and improving agricultural production. He was a member of the Management Board of the Savings Bank in Volbozh.
