Leonid Alekseevich Isaev (January 17, 1937, Dergachi , Kharkiv Oblast - January 9, 2019) is a Soviet public figure and Ukrainian politician. Candidate of Technical Sciences , former People's Deputy of Ukraine.

Biography

He graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Railway Engineers ( 1968 ), mechanical engineer, "Diesel locomotives and diesel locomotive."

  • 1955 - 1956 - locksmith of a turbine plant, Kharkov .
  • 1956 - 1960 - military service.
  • 1960 - 1961 - cadet of a technical school, metro Belgorod .
  • 1961 - 1972 - assistant to the engineer, engineer, engineer-instructor, secretary of the workshop party organization of the Oktyabr depot of the Southern Railway, Kharkov.
  • 1972 - 1974 - senior auditor of the locomotive service, head of the militarized guard department of the Southern Railway, metro Kharkov.
  • 1974 - 1983 - instructor of the Department of Transport and Communications of the Kharkov Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine , second secretary of the Lenin District Committee of the Communist Party of Kharkov.
  • 1983 - 1984 - deputy chief - traffic inspector for traffic safety on the Southern Railway, Kharkov.
  • 1984 - 2002 - Head of the State Enterprise "Kharkov Metro" .
