John (Johannes) Kneppelhout [7] ( Dutch Johannes Kneppelhout , MFA : [joːˈɦɑnəs ˈknɛpəlˌɦʌut] ; January 8, 1814 - November 8, 1885 ) - Dutch writer . Born in Leiden , he studied law at Leiden University. He became most famous for his essays on university life: Student Types ( Dutch. Studententypen , 1841 ) and Student Life ( Dutch Studentenleven , 1844 ), published under the pseudonym Klikspaan ( Dutch. Klikspaan ). Kneppelhut also owns several story books, a book about Lamartine .
