Biography
Player Career
Pupil of the Luninetsk Youth Sports School and the Minsk RUOR. The first trainers are Mikhail Nikolaevich Oleshkevich and Yuri Antonovich Pyshnik. He began his professional career as a midfielder in Minsk Dynamo-2 . Then there were four years in the capital's “Attack” (1993-1997). In 1998 he moved to the BATE , where he performed for eleven years - until the fall of 2008. During this time he became the team captain. He played the last match of his career in Turin against Juventus in the 2008/09 Champions League group stage.
Coaching career
Since 2009, he was a member of the coaching staff of Victor Goncharenko in the BATE, under whose leadership the team four times became the champion of the country (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012), won the Cup (2010) and the Super Cup of the country (2010, 2011, 2012), performed in group stages of the Champions League (2011/12, 2012/13) and the Europa League (2009/10, 2010/11), in the 1/16 finals of the Europa League (2010/11, 2012/13).
In mid-autumn 2013 he became the head coach and led the team to the gold of the national championship. At the start of the 2014 season, BATE won the Super Bowl of Belarus. In the summer of 2014, the club under the leadership of Ermakovich for the 4th time in history made his way into the Champions League group stage. In autumn, the club won the title of country champions for the 11th time. At the start of the 2015 season, the Super Bowl and the Belarus Cup were won. In the summer of 2015, BATE beat the Irish Dundalk, the Hungarian Videoton and the Serbian Partizan and made it to the Champions League group stage for the 5th time. On October 16, 2015, the club again became the champion of the country. According to the results of the 2015 season, Ermakovich became the best coach of Belarus. In the 2016 season, BATE won the Super Bowl of Belarus in the spring, and won another championship title in the fall.
In 2017, Ermakovich twice wanted to resign. The victory in the championship was obtained thanks to the finish spurt - BATE beat Dynamo Minsk only in additional indicators. Fans dissatisfied with the quality of football called on Ermakovich to leave. On January 5, 2018, he left the club of his own free will and three days later became an assistant to Goncharenko at CSKA . [2]
