Silver Medal of the National Center for Scientific Research

The silver medal of the National Center for Scientific Research ( Fr. La Médaille d'argent du CNRS ) is the annual award of the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS). It has been awarded since 1954 to scientists (up to 16 people each year) for originality, quality and significance of research [1] .
