History
As of 2016, in Ukraine there were several dozen football schools that performed in DUFL . Soccer players up to the age of 17 compete there. However, later it is difficult for young men to develop, because not all areas have professional teams, and U-19 competitions exist only for Premier League teams . The new tournament is intended to be a transitional link between youth and professional football. The strongest teams of the groups will go to the final stage of the competition, where they will determine the winner of the league [2] . It is planned that the strongest teams of the tournament will enter the U-19 Premier League championship next season.
