Biography
Born in the village of Satino in 1894. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1917.
Since 1911 - on economic, social and political work. In 1911 - 1946 - a mine electrician’s assistant, assistant to the operator of the mine’s power station, a metal turner in the Red Army, the head of the village work department of the UKPU (b) ugorkom committee, the head of the trade union office in Oboyan, the head of the organizational department of the trade union in Kursk, the deputy director of the RCT in Kursk, the head of the organizational department of the city committee of the VKPP (b) in Kursk, director of a tannery in the village of Shebekino, instructor, secretary of the Amvrosievsky district committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (b) Ukraine, head of the organizational department of the city committee, secretary of the party committee of the Steel plant in Donbass, second secretary of Kzyl-Mazarsky, first secretary tar Koktashskogo district committees of the CP (B) of Tajikistan, the first deputy chairman of the CEC / Supreme Council of the Tajik SSR, on the party positions in the Ukrainian SSR, chairman of the executive committee of the Slavic City Council of People's Deputies.
