Biography

Born in 1906 in Chistopol [1] . He was brought up in the orphanage of Chistopol . In 1922 he joined the Komsomol , since 1926 - a member of the CPSU (b) . In 1928-1931 he served in the ranks of the Red Army . After military service he graduated from the Tatar Communist University, worked as the head of the political department of the Sabinsky machine and tractor station .

From April to November 1937 the first secretary of the Kukmorsky district committee of the CPSU (b) of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1939 - the first secretary of the Verkhne-Uslonsky district committee. In 1937 he was appointed to the post of Commissar of Agriculture of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

He was elected to the USSR Supreme Council of the 1st convocation from the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic to the Council of the Union as a result of the elections of December 12, 1937 (in the Chistopol District). At the same time he was elected to the Supreme Council of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1938 he entered the zoo engineering faculty of the K.A. Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy .

With the outbreak of World War II, the Moscow District Military Commissariat of Kazan [1] was drafted into the army; held the post of senior political officer of the 12th horse-artillery division. December 29, 1941 was seriously wounded and died from wounds in early 1942. He was buried in Kozelsk , in a mass grave in a city square [1] .
