Biography

Polish nobleman. Father - Paulin Boyanovsky Coat of arms of the Young Man (1828-1899), mother - Julia, nee Svetokhovskaya (1840—?) [1] . In 1884, after graduating from the philosophical class of the Płock Gymnasium, he entered the Institute of Agriculture and Forestry in New Alexandria . There he became a member of the Polish Youth Union "Z". For participation in student unrest in New Alexandria, he was expelled from the institute during final exams. In 1887 he joined the national youth organization at the Polish League. After devoting two years of agricultural practice to a company founded with his colleagues on a rented estate Vrogocin in the vicinity of Plock , he organized a Polish school there. For this he was arrested in 1892 on charges of anti-government activities and sentenced to six months in prison in St. Petersburg . After his release, he settled on his father’s estate in Klitsy (for the first few years he was under police surveillance). In 1893 he became a member of the National League (Liga Narodowa) [2] . Since 1899, a member of the National Association of Education . In 1902 he founded the first agricultural company - the Trade Relations Company (Spółka Handlowa Łączność). He was elected a member of the board of the Peasant Provincial Society in Plock, participated in the work of the National Educational Society, and organized several of his circles. In 1905, he promoted the transition to Polish of conducting communal books in Ciechanow , for which he was fined and forced to leave the country. One of the founders of the organizations of the Polish school "Matica" ("Fatherland"), was part of its leadership. He was engaged in agriculture in his estate of Redka Tsekhanovsky district of the Plot province, owned land with an area of ​​600 acres.

On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the general electors of the Plotsky Provincial Electoral Assembly. Joined the Polish Colo . He was a member of the Duma commission on assistance to the unemployed. He did not show noticeable activity in the work of the Duma.

After the dispersal of the Duma, he joined the board of the Agricultural Society in the city of Tsekhanov. During the First World War, a member of the provincial Civil Committee in the Plotsk province. During the German occupation of the Kingdom of Poland, he continued active political activity. As a member of the supervisory board of the Polish school of 1905-1907, after the resumption of his work in 1916, he initiated the creation of 10 elementary schools in Plock and Ciechanow. Member of the county and provincial Citizens Committee, member of the self-help department of landowners of the Central Agricultural Society. In 1918, he was elected Commissioner of the Tsekhanovsky District for elections to the State Council. In 1919-1922, he was a member of the Legislative Diet and received a mandate on list No. 8 of the People’s National Union (Związek Ludowo-Narodowy (ZLN)) in constituency No. 4 (Tsekhanov). In the years 1922-1927, a member of the Senate, received a mandate according to list No. 8 of the Warsaw Voivodeship. Member of the Supreme Council of the National League, in 1928 became a member of the Board of the National Party (Stronnictwo Narodowe).

He died on January 9, 1932 in the Clinic of Ciechanowsky County and was buried in the family tomb in Lekow .
