Biography
In 1981, he graduated from high school and entered the faculty of English at the Azerbaijan University of Languages . In 1984, he was elected secretary of the Komsomol of secondary school No. 245 in Baku . In 1986 he graduated and in 1987 served in Moscow. In 1987, he began working in the district committee of the Khatai district of Baku. In 1989-1990, he served as chairman of the committee of the youth organization of the Azerbaijan Republic.
From 1998 to February 7, 2006 he worked as the CEO of Italdesign. Since 2006 - Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan.
