Biography
He studied law at the University of Budapest . In the 1840s, he worked as a lawyer, was the chief prosecutor in the district of Karashka.
Member of the revolution of 1848-1849 in Hungary . With the rank of captain, he took part in several battles (at Tarzal , Ishaseg , etc.). After the suppression of the revolution, he was engaged in agriculture on his estates.
In 1865-1868 he was elected a member of parliament.
After the conclusion of the Austro-Hungarian agreement of 1867, he worked as a consultant in the Ministry of Defense of the Honduran of Translatania . He was a member of the liberal party.
The Prime Minister of Translatania Jozsef Slavi appointed him Minister of Defense. He served as Minister of War until the end of his life.
