Biography

1939-1940 - Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Belarusian USSR in the Vitebsk region,
1940-1944 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Council
March-September 1942 - member of the Vitebsk Underground Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus.

Since the 1950s. one of the leaders in the system of rural construction of the Byelorussian SSR ^[1] .
