Biography
A peasant from the village of Teplovka, Insarsk district, Penza province [1] . He graduated from a rural school. He served as a volost clerk for 14 years. He was engaged in agriculture on an allotment of 4 tithes and 10 tithes of the purchased land. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan.
On February 7, 1907 he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the general electors of the Penza provincial electoral assembly. In the Duma, he joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union . He was a member of the Duma commission on local self-government.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
