Biography
A peasant in the village of Kamenka, Porkhov district, Pskov province . Received primary education at home. At the time of the Duma elections, non-partisan. He owned a plot of 10 acres.
On October 14, 1907 he was elected to the State Duma of the 3rd convocation from the congress of commissioners from the volosts of the Pskov province . He joined the moderate-right faction, and starting from the 3rd session of the Duma, he joined the Russian national faction. He was a member of the Duma Land Commission. He put his signature on the draft laws βOn the prohibition of the sale of private property land through land banksβ and βOn the improvement and increase of peasant land ownership and land useβ.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
