It is part of the Yak-130 combat training complex and includes a procedural simulator, an educational computer class and means of objective control. The Yak-152 has a completely unified information and control field of the cabin with the Yak-130, and the integrated use of two control rooms - a piston at the initial stage of training and a reactive combat training to improve the skills acquired - is the optimal combination in the system of training cadets VC [1] .
The customer of the aircraft is the Ministry of Defense of Russia . The cadets of flight schools will have the opportunity to learn the initial piloting technique, the basics of navigation, aerobatic maneuvers and group flights. On the plane, it will be possible to work out the technique of piloting using instruments (under the curtain), landing with the use of airfield landing systems and actions in special cases during flight [2] . The training complex with a single software will allow to increase the training efficiency.

Development
Yak-152 is developed in OKB im. Yakovlev - Engineering Center of the Corporation " Irkut " in the framework of development work (R & D) "Development of training and training complex initial flight training of pilots based on the training aircraft of the initial training Yak-152" started in 2014 . According to the ROC documentation, it was planned to be completed within two years. However, the program was executed with a delay of almost a year from the scheduled dates - the first prototype of the Yak-152 was rolled out at the Irkutsk aircraft factory on August 27, 2016 [3] . At the construction stage there are three more airplanes, two of which will pass flight tests, the third is intended for static and the fourth is for ground-based life tests [4] . In May 2018, in TsAGI, static tests of the flight prototype were completed, the strength characteristics of the fuselage elements, wings, and hull elements were confirmed.
- Flight tests
On September 29, 2016, the first flight of a prototype Yak-152 took place at the airport of the Irkutsk Aviation Plant . The car was piloted by test pilot of OKB Yakovlev Design Bureau Vasily Sevastyanov [5] .
Flight tests of the aircraft are scheduled for completion in March 2017, after which it will begin mass production [6] . The first contract with the Irkutsk plant for the supply of the first three aircraft should be signed in 2017 [7] .
Orders
In the summer of 2016, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation ordered 150 vehicles [8] ; DOSAAF Russia plans to purchase 105 aircraft until 2020 [7] . DOSAAF of the Republic of Belarus has concluded a framework contract for the supply of the Yak-152 for its structures, the number of aircraft is not specified [1] .
Construction
The aircraft is a single-engine double monoplane with a low-wing and retractable three - bearing chassis with a nose wheel. The fuselage is an all - metal semi - monocoque , reinforced by four spars . To improve take-off and landing characteristics, one-piece single-spar wing is equipped with retractable flaps . The wing is attached to the fuselage at four points located on the side member and rear wall.
The design of the chassis with low pressure wheels and a short runway during takeoff and landing run ensure reliable operation of the aircraft on unpaved airfields .
The aircraft is fitted with a 12-cylinder diesel engine RED A03T V12 [1] with a take-off capacity of 500 liters. with. with a three-blade propeller variable pitch MTV-9.
In the double cabin, the pilots are arranged according to the “ tandem ” scheme: the front seat is intended for the cadet, the rear seat is for the instructor. The aircraft can be piloted by one of the crew members from both the first and second cabin. The aircraft is controlled by a central pen , all flight information is displayed on two liquid crystal indicators . To ensure the safe escape of aircraft in case of emergency situations, the SKS-94M ejection system [9] is installed in the cockpit.
The calendar life is 30 years.
