Club career
Gunino began his career at the Danubio Club. In 2007, he made his debut at the Uruguayan Premiere . In the summer of 2009, Adrian on a leasehold moved to the Argentinean Boca Juniors . On September 4, in his match against Newell's Old Boys , he made his debut in the Argentinean Example [2] . In the summer of 2010, Adrian was leased to the French Toulouse . On August 7, in his match against Brest , he made his debut in League 1 [3] . After the lease expiration, Gunino, as a free agent, signed an agreement with the Peñarol club. On August 21, in a match against El Tanke Sisley , Adrian made his debut for a new team [4] .
In early 2012, Gunino, who could not win a place at the base of Peñarol, moved to the capital's Phoenix . On March 11, in a duel against Cerro Largo , he made his debut for a new team [5] .
In the summer of 2012, Adrian transferred to the Spanish “ Almeria ” on loan. On September 1, in a match against Madrid's doubles, Real Madrid made his debut in the Spanish Segund [6] . In early 2014, Gunino on a rental basis moved to Cordoba . On March 2, in a match against Girona , Gunino made his debut for a new team [7] . At the end of the season, he helped the club enter the elite. On August 25, in a match against Real Madrid , Adrian made his debut in La Liga [8] . In the summer of 2015, he returned to the Phoenix. At the beginning of 2016, Gunino became a free agent.
International Career
In 2009, as part of the Uruguayan youth team, Gunino took third place at the South American Youth Championship in Venezuela . In the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Bolivia [9] , Chile [10] , Venezuela [11] , Argentina [12] , as well as twice Brazil [13] [14] and Paraguay [15] [16] .
In the same year, Adrian took part in the youth world championship in Egypt . At the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of England [17] , Uzbekistan [18] , Ghana [19] and Brazil [20] .
In 2011, Gunino, as part of the Olympic team of Uruguay, won bronze medals at the Pan American Games in Guadalajara . In the tournament, he played in matches against Trinidad and Tobago [21] , Ecuador [22] , Mexico [23] , Argentina [24] and Costa Rica [25] .
