Plasma electronics is a section of electronics that studies the interaction of electron and ion fluxes with plasma and ionized gas [1] . Investigates periodic processes (waves and oscillations) resulting from this interaction. Plasma electronics are used to create electronic devices and devices (gas-discharge laser, ion devices , information display devices, ion devices on carbon nanotubes, ignitrons , tiratrons , Mercury-discharge lamps , decatrons ) [2] .
