The 6th Infantry Division of the AK of Krakow Land ( Polish. 6 Dywizja Piechoty AK Ziemi Krakowskiej ), codenamed "Response" ( Polish. "Odwet" ) is the Polish partisan infantry formation of the Craiova Army , which operated from September 1942 on the territory of Krakow occupied by the Third Reich .

History
The division was formed in September 1942, in accordance with the battle order of the Polish Army of September 1, 1939, according to which there was a restoration of combat units.
As a result, the division was transformed. From the beginning of 1944, she began to participate in the Storm campaign .
In the course of hostilities with the Germans, they were included in the operational group of Krakow along with the 106th Infantry Division of the AK Land of the Mehov and Krakow Motorized Cavalry Brigade AK . After the occupation of the Red Army of Lesser Poland, the division was disbanded.
The division commander was Colonel Wojciech Wayda ( Polish Wojciech Wayda ), and the chief of staff was Lieutenant Colonel Stefan Dul ( Polish Stefan Dul ).
