Adilbek Kayrullaev ( Kazakh. Іdilbek Kayrullaev ; born 1938 , the village of Zhanakala) is the senior shepherd of the Zhanakalinsky state farm of the Karmakchinsky district of the Kyzyl-Orda region, the Kazakh SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor (1966).

For several consecutive years he raised an average of 150-160 lambs from 100 ewes. For these outstanding labor achievements, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor in 1966.
In 1966 he was elected a delegate to the XV Congress of the Komsomol of Kazakhstan.
