Biography
Peasant. He graduated from a rural school. Engaged in farming on his allotment. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan.
He was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the congress of commissioners from volosts of the Penza province . He joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union . He was a member of the Duma Commission on the normal rest of employees in trade and craft establishments. From the Duma rostrum did not speak.
