Roseximbank (JSC Russian Export-Import Bank) is a state specialized bank established in 1994 in accordance with Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 633 dated 07/07/1993 “On the Formation of the Russian Export-Import Bank” and No. 16 dated January 11, 1994 “ About the Russian Export-Import Bank ”. The main objective of the activities of ROSEXIMBANK JSC is to provide financial and guarantee support to Russian exporters to ensure maximum coverage of the needs of exporters in financing export operations and support their export activities. Since 2015, ROSEXIMBANK JSC has been operating within the framework of the Russian Export Center , a state export support institution created on the basis of Vnesheconombank with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. Activities
The Bank is an agent of the Government of the Russian Federation and performs the functions of providing state support for exports - it issues various types of guarantees and loans on its behalf upon request.
