Alexey Ivanovich Neklyudov (born March 25, 1906 in Sokol in the Ryazan province - d. June 4, 1996 in Moscow ) is a Soviet politician, general secretary of the East Kazakhstan Regional Committee of the CPC (1959-1964 and 1965-1969).

Since 1929 in the CPSU (b) , after completing his service in the Navy in 1932, he was the secretary of the Komsomol committee at the aircraft factory, in 1934-1938. - Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department and Secretary of the VKP (b) Committee of the Central Institute of Aircraft Engine Construction. Since 1938, he was the responsible organizer of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kazakhstan, the head of the sector of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) K, in 1940-1946 - the first secretary of the city committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) K in Balkhash , in 1946-1949. - A student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, in 1949-1950, Secretary of the East Kazakhstan Regional Committee of the Communist Party (B) K, in 1950-1954. - 1st Secretary of the Almaty City Committee of the CPC, in 1954-1959. - Head of the Department of Party Organizations of the CCP. From May 6, 1959 to December 28, 1964 and from April 13, 1965 to September 10, 1969, he was the 1st Secretary of the East Kazakhstan Regional Committee of the Communist Party (B) K, then retired.
