Biography
Boris Nikolayevich Kobelev (born May 6, 1915 in Petrograd . In 1933-1937 he studied at the technical school of railway transport in Leningrad, then he was foreman, foreman, head of the wagon section and depot on the Irkutsk-Leningrad railway route, head of the wagon repair center in Nizhneudinsk .
Since the 1940s in the CPSU (b) .
- from November 1941 to August 1943 - head of the transport department of the regional committee of the CPSU (b) in Irkutsk;
- from August 1943 to February 1945 deputy secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU (b) in Irkutsk on transport;
- from February 1945 to August 1949 2nd Secretary of the City Committee;
- from July 27, 1949 to September 25, 1951 - Secretary of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.);
- in 1951-1954 - Student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks / CPSU;
- after graduating from the Higher School of Higher Education, instructor of the CPSU Central Committee and deputy head of the department of party bodies of the CPSU Central Committee on republic issues.
- from September 14, 1955 to May 5, 1957 - 1st Secretary of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the CPSU.
- from May 1957 to January 17, 1959 - 1st Secretary of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the CPSU, then moves to the position of 2nd Secretary of this regional committee.
From June 1959 to February 1979 - Director, General Director of the Krasnoyarsk Combine Plant.
Since 1979, retired.
Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU - from February 25, 1956 to June 29, 1959. Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 4 and 5 convocations.
He died on April 8, 1980 in Krasnoyarsk .
