Biography

From July 1931 to July 1934 he was the head of the Department of the Special Plenipotentiary Representation of the OGPU in the Kazakh SSR, from July 10, 1934 to January 17, 1937 he was the head of the Department of the Special Directorate of State Security (UGB) of the NKVD Directorate of the Kazakh Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic

April 7, 1936 received the rank of captain of state security. From January 7 to March 16, 1937 - the head of the 5th department, then until June 16, 1937 the 3rd department of the UGB NKVD of the Kazakh SSR, from June 16 to July 27, 1937 the head of the 6th department of the UGB NKVD of the Belorussian SSR , from July 27 to 20 October 1937 Head of the Department of Road Transport of the NKVD of the Belarusian Railway. From October 20, 1937 to February 28, 1939 - People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Armenian SSR, February 9, 1937 received the rank of Major of State Security. This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 30, 1937 No. 00447 [1] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [2] .

Arrested, died during the investigation.
