Semenina, Lolita Vyacheslavovna

Lolita Vyacheslavovna Semenina (born 1964 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian opera singer, soloist of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Russia , People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2012) [1] .

Biography

In 1987 she graduated from the Gnesins Music College , then in 1994 - from the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music . From 1987 to 2000 she was a soloist of the Moscow Chamber Choir under the direction of V. Minin. In 1995 she received the III prize of the All-Union Glinka Vocal Competition . In 1998, she was awarded the 2nd prize of the Giovanni Battista Viotti International Singing Competition in Vercelli, Italy [2] . In the same year she was awarded the title " Honored Artist of the Russian Federation ." From 2000 to 2015 she was a soloist of the Bolshoi Theater Opera Company [3] [4] . In 2012, she was awarded the title “ People's Artist of the Russian Federation ” [5] . Since 2015, she has been working as a private vocal tutor [6] .
