Amba-Mossino ( Eng. Emba Soira ; Italian. Soira ) - the highest mountain in Eritrea [1] . Height - 3018 m above sea level. The mountain is located in the southeastern part of the Debub province in the Senafe area and is part of the Eritrean Highlands (part of the East African Rift Valley that crosses Eritrea).

An asphalt road leads to the mountain from the city of Senafe , located 135 kilometers south of the capital Asmara . From there, along a complex and dangerous dirt road in the eastern direction, for almost 20 km, a path leads to the mountain.
The temperature in summer at the peak is from 10 to 15 ° C, in winter from −3 to 5 ° C.
Near the mountain are the ruins of the city of Kohaito .
The name of the mountain names the hotel in Asmara and the ship of the Eritrean fleet.
