Serbian Standardization Council

Serbian Language Standardization Council ( Serb. Odbor za standardizaciju srpskog jezika ) is a linguistic institute in Serbia , Montenegro and the Republika Srpska whose mission is to preserve and promote the development of the Serbian language . It was founded on December 12, 1997 in Belgrade , (at that time - Yugoslavia ).
