The list includes all credit organizations in Russia, which in 2003 had withdrawn ^{[C 1]} or revoked ^{[C 2]} banking licenses.

In 2003, the Central Bank of Russia revoked 14 licenses from credit organizations, and licenses were revoked from 8 credit organizations. Most credit organizations lost their licenses in September, licenses from four organizations were revoked this month, and licenses were canceled from three banks. Least of all in February, March, May and October - during these months neither reviews nor revocation of licenses were carried out ^[1] ^[2] .
