Content
History
Founded in the eighteenth century, shown on land surveying maps. Before the war, the Council was in the village of Pavlovka. After the war, until 1953, the Council was located in the village of Lebyazhye, and in 1954 it was transferred to the village of Gremyachye of the Zemlyansky district. On November 3, 1965, by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Voronezh Regional Council of Workers' Deputies, the Pavlovsky Village Council became part of the Ramonsky District. The Law of the Voronezh Region dated December 23, 2004 No. 90-03 “On the Establishment of Borders, Allocation of Appropriate Status, Determination of the Normative Centers of Municipal Units of the Novousmansky and Ramonsky Districts” Pavlovsky Village Council is endowed with the status of the Pavlovsky rural settlement of the Ramonsky municipal district. Until 1950, 11 collective farms were organized on the territory of the Pavlovsky Village Council. In 1950, collective farms were reorganized and from 11 collective farms they formed 2 collective farms: the Pravda collective farm, with a central estate in the village of Gremyachye, this included the lands of the villages of Gremyachye, Vysochkino, Pavlovka, Ruda and the second collective farm Lebyazhye, with a central estate in the village of Lebyazhye where the lands of the village of Lebyazhye entered. In 1859, 178 people lived in a village in 9 yards. In 1900 Pavlovka 1st (Khrushchevka) was listed with a population of 176 people, Pavlovka 1st (Volodina) with a population of 119 people, Novopavlovka 2nd (Selikhova) with a population of 85 people; Novopavlovka 2nd - with a population of 43 people. As well as the estate Marina V.K. Pavlovka with a population of 11 people. In total, the population was 434 people. [2]
