Harvey Blasford Charters (born May 8, 1912 in North Bay, Ontario , Canada - died July 17, 1995 in North Bay, Ontario, Canada) is a former Canadian canoe sprint. He took part in kayaking and canoeing competitions in the 1930s. Member of the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin.

Sporting Achievements
In the year 1936 at the Summer Olympic Games in Berlin he won a silver medal in the discipline S-2 at a distance of 10,000 meters and a bronze medal in the discipline S-2 1000 meters. Harvey Chaters' partner in the competition was Canadian athlete Frank Sacker
Frank Sacker and Harvey Charters played for Toronto's Balmy Beach Canoe Club Yacht Club in Toronto. Together they were the first in the Canadian championship in 1935.
