Biography
The son of Naum Borisovich (Nakhman Borukhovich) (1885-1968) and Gisi Solomonovna Pribytkovsky (1885-1941). In 1947 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies . Researcher at the Institute of Asian Peoples (1956-1960), Institute of Africa of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1960-1990), head of the Nigeria sector (since 1974).
