The 3rd Infantry Division of the AK Legions ( Polish. 3 Dywizja Piechoty Legionów AK ) is the Polish partisan rifle formation of the Home Army , which operated from September 1942 on the territory of Lublin occupied by the Third Reich .

History
The division was formed in September 1942, in accordance with the battle order of the Polish Army of September 1, 1939, according to which there was a restoration of combat units. As a result, the division was transformed. From the beginning of 1944, she began to participate in the Storm campaign . The division commander was Colonel Adam Svitalski ( Polish Adam Świtalski ), under the pseudonym "Dombrow" ( Polish Dąbrow )
