Biography

Club career

She moved to France with her mother in 2004, when she signed a contract with Metz. She made her debut in the club in the season 2013/2014 [1] , having played 10 matches and scoring 5 goals, which helped the team become the champion of France [2] . In October 2014, Tamara was injured and was eliminated for six months [3] . In the 2015/2016 season, Goracek won the second title of champion of France [4] .

Team Career

In the summer of 2014, Tamara made her debut in the youth team of France at the World Championships in Croatia [5] , which ended for the Frenchwoman with 5th place [6] . In May 2016, she made her debut for the main team in the qualifying tournament for the European Championship, playing against Iceland and Switzerland [7] . On June 1, 2016, Tamara scored the first two goals for the national team against the Icelandic team [8] , which earned her place in the application for the 2016 Olympic Games [9] .

In the final of the 2016 Olympic Games, France lost to Russia 19:22 and won silver medals. Tamara Gorachek came out at the very end of the match, playing a few minutes. The decision to take Gorachek to the final was justified by the injury of Chloe Bullo [10] [11] .
