Annemarieke van Rumpt ( Dutch. Annemarieke van Rumpt , born April 29, 1980) is a Dutch athlete, a rower, a medalist in the World Cup in rowing and the 2008 Summer Olympic Games 2012.

Biography
Annemarike van Rumpt was born on April 29, 1980 in the city of Middelharnis , province of South Holland . She began her professional career as a rider since 1998. Consists and trains at the club "Phocas NSRV", Nijmegen .
The first international competition Van Rumpt took part in was the 2002 World Junior Rowing Championships in Genoa (2002 WORLD ROWING U). In the composition of the female four without a steering with a result of 07: 34.560, her team took second place, ahead of rivals from Russia (07: 36.410 - 3rd place), but losing the swim gold to the Australians (07: 29.060 - 1st place) [1] .
