Vedlozero volost - volost in the Olonets district of the Olonets province .
General information
The volost government was located in the village of the River mouth (at the Mill) .
The volost included rural societies , including 79 villages: [1]

- Vedlozero Society
- Savinovskiy society
- Schekkilskoe society
- Nyalmozero Society
In 1890, the population of the volost was 4346 people [2] .
In 1905, the population of the volost was 4826 people. In the volost there were 1233 horses, 1945 cows and 5290 heads of other cattle.
By the decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR of August 4, 1920, the Karelian labor commune was formed in the areas inhabited by Karelians of the Olonets and Arkhangelsk provinces and the volost became part of the Karelian labor commune. In 1923, the volost became part of the autonomous Karelian SSR [3] .
During the reform of the administrative-territorial division of the USSR in 1927, the volost was abolished.
Currently, the territory of the Vedlozero volost belongs mainly to the Pryazha district of the Republic of Karelia .
