Biography
Born on August 14 ( August 27 ), 1907 in St. Petersburg . He graduated from the Lensovet FZU in Leningrad (1927) with a degree in drawing student.
He worked in Leningrad as a draftsman and designer at the Promet factory (1927–1936), a leading designer at factory No. 7 (1936–1940), and a leading designer at NII-13 (1940–1942) (from 1941, evacuated to Molotov ) .
In 1942 - 1945, the head of the SKB group of the People’s Commissariat of Arms ( Kolomna ).
A participant in the creation of Soviet 82, 120, 160, 240 mm mortars, BMB-1 and BMB-2 naval bombs. One of the creators of the simplified 120-mm mortar model of 1941. The author of many original design decisions.
He died on August 10, 1945 in Kolomna ( Moscow region ).
