Paolo Alfredo Quinteros ( Spanish: Paolo Alfredo Quinteros ; born January 15, 1979 in Colon , Entre Rios , Argentina ) - Argentino - Italian professional basketball player. Professional career
Kinteros began his professional career in 1996 in the Argentine 2nd Division at Park Sur Club. Then, in 1997, he transferred to the team from the TOP Argentine League , La Union. Then, in 2000, he moved to the club Estudiantes Olavarria. In 2002, he began to play as part of the Trouville Montevideo from the Uruguayan League.
In 2003, he returned to the Argentine League to start playing with Boca Juniors. In 2006, Kinteros played in the Spanish Leon Caja in the Spanish second division. He moved to Zaragoza in 2007.
Kinteros was named the most valuable player in the South American Championship in 2012, and the most valuable player in the Prince Cup in 2007. He played in the Spanish DIA League in the 2008–09 season.
Argentine National Basketball Team
Kinteros was also a member of the Argentinean men's national basketball team . As part of the national team, he won silver medals at the 2005 FIBA American Championship and the FIBA American Championship in 2007. He also won a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics and at the FIBA Championship of America in 2009.
He also won a gold medal at the FIBA American Championship in 2011.
