Dyusen Baigulin ( kaz. Dysen Baigulin ; 1895 - 1966 ) - a cattle shepherd of the Zhonshilik collective farm of the Karkaraly district of the Karaganda region , Kazakh SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor (1948).

Until the October Revolution he worked as a laborer. Since 1929, he worked as a cattle shepherd on the Zhonshilik collective farm of the Karkalinsky district.
In 1947, an average weight gain of 58 kilograms of live weight per head of cattle was gained on a pasture of 1000 hectares, which became one of the highest rates in the Karaganda region. In 1948, the title of Hero of Socialist Labor “for obtaining high livestock productivity in 1947 when the collective farm compulsory deliveries of agricultural products and the livestock development plan” [1] .
He died in 1966.
