Victor Montagliani ( born Victor Montagliani ) is a Canadian businessman, sports functionary, president of CONCACAF and vice president of FIFA [1] .

Montagliani was an amateur football player, played for the Canadian Vancouver Columbus FC. [2] He graduated from Simon Fraser University. [3]
In 2005, he was elected head of the British Columbia Football Association. [4] On May 5, 2012, Victor became president of the Canadian Football Federation , replacing Dr. Dominic Maestracci. [5]
In February 2016, Montagliani announced his intention to run for president as the Confederation of Football of North and Central America and the Caribbean [6] . On May 12, he was elected to this post, receiving 25 out of 41 votes and beating Larry Massenden, chairman of the Bermuda Football Association. [7] [8]
